The Big Issue Kenya 

Provided management intervention services, to enable struggling street newspaper to resolve staff and management problems, in order to retain international funding.  Worked with staff to resolve team work issues, reviewed and adjusted annual budget, worked with senior agency staff, newspaper staff, and Board of Directors to develop Board development and sustainability plan.

Paris,  France    St. Joseph Catholic Church
Conducted a future search conference to assist the congregation redefine leadership and develop new structure to support lay leaders and volunteer involvement within the the broad church community.

Cape Town, South Africa    The Big Issue South Africa 
Planned and facilitated a staff planning retreat, for this homeless street newspaper.  Create work plan for following year, identify long-term issues for discussion and future deliberations.
